Our office policy is direct patient pay only. Dr. Keiser is not in network with any insurance carriers. However, if you would like we can provide you with a super bill, which includes diagnostic procedure codes that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Yes! We have a list of close hotels and accommodations (some that even provide discounts to our patients) that we would be happy to provide you with. Claire will help ensure your travels to the Great Lakes State are as smooth as possible.

It may consist of vestibular rehabilitation, myofascial therapy, chiropractic manipulations, specific eye training exercises, cognitive training, occupational therapy, multi-axis rotational therapy, tilt table therapy, sensory motor integration therapy, laser therapy, physiotherapy, strength, speed and/or agility training...the list goes on! The therapies are all non-invasive and non-pharmaceutical but influence changes in your brain.
