The Keiser Clinic Process

How We Find What
Your Diagnosis
Never Explained

Most diagnostic workups only confirm the label. Ours is built to explain why your symptoms happen and how treatment should proceed.

6 steps
Step 01

Schedule Your Appointment

Everything starts when you call us to reserve your first week of care. We set your visit dates together on the call, so you can plan your travel.

  • You call us to reserve your first week
  • We set your visit dates together so you can plan your travel
  • We request your medical records to review before your visit

Step 02

Records Review & Preparation

After you reserve, we request your relevant medical records and review them before your visit to confirm we're the right fit. This also lets us see what's already been done, and avoid repeating it unnecessarily.

Our team will also help coordinate travel logistics. Many patients fly in from across the country, and we're experienced at making the process as smooth as possible.

  • Records reviewed by your treating physicians before arrival
  • Pre-visit questionnaire to map your symptom timeline
  • Travel coordination support for out-of-state patients

Step 03

Comprehensive Evaluation

Your first day at our clinic is a comprehensive evaluation that takes place over the full day.

We know many patients worry they will not be able to tolerate being out of the house that long, especially if they have spent months or years mostly in bed. We build recovery periods into every evaluation day. Our clinic is also set up with comfortable recliners and zero-gravity chairs.

Whether you walk in independently or arrive at your most limited, we want to see the reality of what your body is doing so we can evaluate you accurately and build a plan that meets you where you are.

Step 04

Report of Findings

After testing is complete, we sit down with you and walk through exactly what we found.

  • The mechanism driving your symptoms, specifically
  • Why previous treatments may not have produced lasting results
  • What we recommend and why
  • Realistic expectations for improvement

For the first time, you'll leave an appointment with a coherent explanation — not just another diagnosis label.

Step 05

Targeted Treatment

Our therapies aren't a secret. We bring together established methods from many disciplines into one convergence of care, and we teach how they work on this site and our YouTube channel. What's tailored is the combination and the dose: two patients can share a diagnosis and follow different plans, or share an exercise and receive different doses. That matters because your system has a metabolic ceiling. Work above it and your symptoms flare. Work below it and your brain adapts and healing takes place. It's why our doctors objectively measure how your brain is responding throughout your treatment, applying the right dose and pushing your ceiling higher over time.

Most stay for an intensive treatment block of 2 to 4 weeks, and some stay longer. Each day includes at least 3 treatment sessions with our hands-on team of doctors, separated by 1-2 hour breaks.

The goal is not to overwhelm your system, but to apply the right inputs at the right dose and adjust in real time based on what we see. Those breaks are built in because your nervous system needs time to absorb each dose of work.

Progress Monitoring & Follow-Up

Most clinics test once to give a diagnosis. We re-test to see whether treatment is actually changing the physiology we set out to improve, so even on your off days, you have evidence of progress.

You also leave with a home program, because recovery works like fitness: the gains continue if the training does. We build yours from what worked best in clinic, and we set you up to keep making progress on your own.

You won't be doing it alone. Virtual follow-up support from your care team is included at no additional cost, for as long as you need it. You can send us videos and emails, and we'll review your progress with you.

"Personally, I don't know if I would be here today without him… I'm able to get back to work, sleep again, care for my toddler son. I'd say 25+ symptoms have reduced or are gone altogether."

— Chris Sovey, DC — Former Patient
